Hey guys! It's me! I know, I know. You're probably thinking, "Where've you been?!" LOL! Well, I'm sorry, but I just haven't been on the computer in a while. :) So, I just wanted to share some quotes with you! :)

Friendship
A friend is a person with whom you dare to be yourself.

A friend is one who knows all about you and still loves you.

A friend is someone who comes to you when all others leave.

Random Quotes
Any person who is feeling sorry for himself, should be sorry.

The really happy person is the one who can enjoy the scenery when he has to take a detour.

What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity.

If we fill our hours with the failures of yesterday, and with the worries over the problems of tomorrow, we have no today in which to be thankful.

If you find happiness by hunting for it, you will find it, as the older woman did her lost spectacles, safe on her nose all the time.

True happiness depends upon close alliance with God.

The smile on your face is the light in the window which tells people that you are at home.

My favorites
No man ever injured his eyesight by looking on the bright side of things.

Diner: Do you serve crabs here?
Waiter: We serve anyone; sit down.

Romans 11:33-36
Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God!
   How unsearchable his judgments,
and his paths beyond tracing out!
“Who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has been his counselor?”
“Who has ever given to God,
   that God should repay them?”
For from him and through him and for him are all things.
To him be the glory forever! Amen.

by: Silent Substitute

Hey there, everyone! :) What's up? Okay, so I had this, like, amazing thought the other day. The problem is: I don't remember what it was. :( OH YEAH!!! I remember now! :D I have a challenge for you! :) Here it is:
THE CHALLENGE
If you know somebody who is without Christ,I challenge you to be like Christ and witness to them. If this means sitting by them at McDonald's and sharin' a fry, do it! :) You NEVER know when or how you change somebody's life! So, all you believers, are YOU ready to put on the full armor of God?! :D *putting hands in, getting ready to yell, "WE ARE!"*

"WE ARE!"

From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the LORD is to be praised!
Psalm 113:3

Beauty is indeed a good gift of God; but that the good may not think it a great good, God dispenses it even to the wicked. -Augustine

Topic for the Day
Beauty

Verse: 1 Peter 3:4
"Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes.  Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight."

Okay, so you know how a girl (or a guy) might want to try a new hairstyle for a day, or just sort of buy a different repertoire of clothing for a week or two? That is completely A-OK! :) But taking it up a couple of notches could seriously control you. You see, God made you just the way you are because He wanted you that way! :) Why else would He have created you the way you are? You know the old saying: "Beauty is as beauty does." Sure, you might want to "fit in" sometimes. But what really is "fitting in," as they call it? Being the right size or shape, dressing the right way, or maybe even dying your hair a certain color, I don't know. Well, the point I'm trying to make here is that people should never have to change who they are to please somebody else unless it is God. So please remember (yes, I know, I say that a lot...), that when you or another person thinks he/she's not "good enough" to "fit in," the Bible says this, "I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them."  Psalm 139:14-16

Yeah, she's pretty AMAZING! :)

The Bible is a very special "love letter" to us. It is to be carefully handled with love and spread throughout the nations. Now I know that sometimes it's particularily hard to follow what it says, such as Proverbs 22:6 which says, "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it." Yes, I learned a lesson on this just yesterday. My parents DO know what's best, even in the times I just feel like pulling all my hair out, stuffing it in a bag, and shipping it off to Antarctica. Like last night, for instance. I had wanted to go to my friend's house last night because she was having this sleeopover with about 4-5 other girls from a youth group she goes to. My mom and dad said no at first because they hadn't met the parents yet, but then about a week later (yesterday), I thought, "Well, they've maybe loosened up a bit. I'll just try again." Well, I was wrong in saying that because YES I knew that their rule has always been, is still, and will be until I'm old enough to say this to my own kids, that they have to have met the parents. Now, it was NOTHING against the girl, her parents, or anybody else AT ALL. Seriously. Yesterday when I asked them again, they again said no. By this time, I was really upset, tears rolling down my face, and a very much hurting heart. This friend (along with all of my other friends) is so special to me and she had asked me about a week and a half before. I was really mad last night, particularily at my parents. I definitely learned the hard way last night, though I realize now that my parents were just trying to protect their only little girl. This is the song I listened to last night to help me through. And girls, please remember that you are NEVER alone, okay? We've all felt the hurt and almost lost hope. God loves you and wants you to love Him back. :)

PURPLE

Hello everybody! It's snowing!!! YAY! Okay, so, I just love winter! Okay, yes, I love summer better, but I don't care. Here's a picture of me!

Purple is the color in which I take delight,
Purple is the color in which I laugh at the sight.
It greets me in the morning,
And brings cheer to me in mourning.
I love purple if you can not see,
I love purple, that's how it always will be.
